Help the map see more. These reports come only from MeshOS repeaters that act as observers, so your area shows up when one is listening nearby. Any MeshOS Repeater can do it: switch on the observer option in its Network settings (off by default) and every packet it hears is counted here, while messages stay encrypted end to end. More about the MeshOS Repeater.
Mesh status
A written round-up of a country's mesh from this data: new repeaters, ones gone quiet, who carries the traffic, long links, observers.
Country
The number is repeaters seen on this map in the last 3 days, not every repeater in the country.

Repeaters

Country
Country counts are the repeaters this map saw relaying packets with 2-byte paths in the last 3 days. Repeaters that only carry 1-byte traffic or run older firmware are missed, so the real number is higher.
Neighbours
Who a repeater hears and who hears it, from the observed paths
Seen in
Type a name or hash, pick a repeater on the map, or use the Neighbours button in any repeater's popup. Click a neighbour in the list or on the map to move to it.
Path finder
The routes packets actually took between two repeaters
List
Type a name or hash in each box, or pick two on the map, to see which way packets went between them.
Become a MeshOS observer
This map and the Mesh status reports come only from MeshOS repeaters that act as observers, so your area only shows up when one is listening nearby.
Running MeshOS Repeater firmware? It is this easy:
Connect your repeater to WiFi. The setup wizard asks for your WiFi details on first boot.
Turn on Observer. The wizard asks this too, or find it later in Network settings.
That's it: your home repeater is now an observer.
Now and again, send a message with your path size set to 2 or 3 bytes. Only those packets can be placed on this map, so each one helps fill it in. Repeaters on old MeshCore firmware won't repeat multi-byte packets, so check your local ones are up to date first.
Every packet it hears is counted on the map, while messages stay encrypted end to end. Not on MeshOS yet? Flash MeshOS Repeater from the configurator. More about the MeshOS Repeater
